一、Features and uses

MVR evaporative scale inhibitor has a stable structure and low phosphorus content, which reduces the risk of calcium phosphate scale formation and reduces the pressure of environmental eutrophication pollution. Bicyclic or polycyclic chelates that can be ionized with metals such as calcium, magnesium and iron at high temperature and high pressure have a good inhibitory effect on the deposition of metal inorganic salts in water, and can also inhibit metal corrosion in the system. Many polymers have the effect of solubility and lattice distortion, which can better inhibit the deposition of metal inorganic salts in water. At the same time, they disperse non-crystalline slime, dust, corrosive products and organic matter, so that they can flow with the water flow and avoid dirt adsorption and deposition. It can effectively keep the surface of the evaporator clean and dirt-free, so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, accelerate the evaporation speed of water in the waste liquid, prolong the cleaning cycle of the equipment, make the whole enrichment process more efficient and energy-saving, reduce costs, and significantly improve the benefits.

(1) This product is packed in plastic barrels, 25Kg/barrel, 1t/barrel or according to customer needs.

 (2) This product should be stored in a dark and ventilated warehouse, and kept away from kindling and high temperature, and the temperature of the warehouse should not exceed 30℃.

 (3) Store separately from flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, and avoid mixed storage.

 (4) The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials.
