1、Features and uses
There
is a large amount of wastewater generated in the production and
grinding of polysilicon. The unrecovered low boiling substance and
hydrogen chloride of chlorosilane, the purification of the
non-condensation gas of the separation tower, and the amount of acidic
wastewater produced by the process waste gas leaching of the exhaust gas
leaching tower during the maintenance of the reduction fure is
directly related to the discharge of the process exhaust gas and the
concentration of chlorosilane and hydrogen chloride. The main pollutants
in this part of the wastewater are SIO2 produced by hydrolysis of
hydrochloric acid and chlorosilane, as well as waste acid solution.
After lime neutralization, flocculation and filtration, the silicone and
suspension are removed. Through evaporation and desalination, the
wastewater is highly calcium, high-hardness SGR-1105 is a scale
inhibitor dispersant specially designed for the evaporation and
concentration of polysilicon wastewater. It still has a good scale
inhibition effect under the working conditions of high calcium, high
alkalinity, high sulfate and high silicon.
2、How to use
SGR-1105
special scale inhibitor dispersant is diluted in the dosing tank and
passed through the metering pump. According to the metering, it is added
to the evaporation with the wastewater, or directly added to the
original liquid. The general dosage is 80-150ppm, and the specific
dosage is determined according to the water quality. The medicine box
and pipeline should be replaced and rinsed before use to avoid affecting
the effect of use.
3、Packaging and storage
Packed
in 25kg, 200kg and 1000kg plastic barrels, stored in a cool and dry
place for a storage period of 12 months, and carefully handled to
prevent impact.
