1、Features and uses
Sulfide
alkali mother liquor evaporation scale inhibitor is composed of organic
phosphonate, phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor and
dispersant, viscosity reducing agent, surfactant, etc. This product can
effectively slow down the production of barium sulfate, strontium
sulfate, barium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and other scales produced
by the alkali sulfide mother liquor produced by barium sulfate during
evaporation. The agent achieves scale inhibition through chelation,
lattice rhetoric and other effects. The dispersant will also react
chemically with the dirt formed on the surface of the evaporator, so
that it is not easy to precipitate and attach on the surface of the
evaporator and peel off the old dirt. It ensures the cleanliness of the
surface of the evaporator, improves the heat conduction speed, and
extends the service life and cleaning cycle of the equipment. It has a
good effect on inhibiting the precipitation or precipitation of barium
sulfate, strontium sulfate, barium carbonate and magnesium carbonate in
alkali sulfide mother liquor or oilfield *age.
2、How to use
After
diluting the SGR-1106 special scale inhibitor dispersant in the dosing
tank, it is added to the evaporator or oil field pipeline with the
wastewater according to the metering pump, or the original liquid can be
added directly. The general dosage is 40~50ppm, and the specific dosage
is determined according to the water quality. Before using the agent,
the dosing box and pipeline should be replaced and rinsed to avoid
affecting the effect of use.
3、Packaging and storage
Packed
in 25kg, 200kg and 1000kg plastic barrels, stored in a cool and dry
place for a storage period of 12 months, and carefully handled to
prevent impact.
