MVR
evaporative scale inhibitor is composed of organophosphinate, phosphic
carboxylic acid, polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor dispersant,
adhesifiers, surfactants, etc. This product can effectively slow down
the scaling of carbonates, rust products, sulfates or silicates, etc.
The agent achieves the effect of scale inhibition through chelating
volume increase, lattice rhetoric and other effects. The dispersant will
also react chemically with the dirt on the surface of the evaporator,
making it difficult to precipitate and adhere to the surface of the
evaporator and peel off the old scale. It ensures the cleanliness of the
surface of the evaporator, improves the heat conduction speed, and
prolongs the service life and cleaning cycle of the equipment. It has a
good effect on inhibiting the precipitation or precipitation of
carbonate, corrosion products, sulfate or silicate.
